Our darts are manufactured by Apex and Darto with the same exacting process that has been used by the makers of American Style Darts for almost 100 years. Dyed turkey feather flights are affixed to handcrafted birch shafts, with brass (Darto) or tempered steel (Apex) points attached to a metal base.
#1 Darts are 5 3/4 inches long, 7/16 inch thick, and weigh 12 grams. #1 darts are the most commonly used for play on the standard and tournament American Style Dart Boards. #2 Darts, available in the three feather version or the four feather "Expert" or "Professional Model" are 7 inches long, 5/8 inch thick, and weigh 18 grams. These darts are most commonly used in the game of “Dartball”, usually played on a 48” square Baseball Dart Board.
